a contemporary and friend of Garth Tapper he later became an art teacher at Henderson High School. Vice President of the Auckland Society of Arts from 1970-74 he also taught evening classes in painting and silk screen printing. He continued various employments and later revisited his art practice whilst living regularly in Australia as well as opening a gallery in New Zealand, exhibiting Tapper, Louise Henderson, David Barker and Chris Booth.
