carved in high relief with suspension hole to the top. L.135mm. Provenance: From outside a whare at Te Kopi sheep station (Wairarapa), c.1900-1910, owned by Sir Walter Clarke Buchanan, (1838-1924) MHR for Wairarapa. From Bill Page, station manager and Boer War veteran (died 1926). Not registered.
