Dublin, two stained glass window samples, watercolour and ink on paper, one entitled 'The Assumption' and detailed 'Harry Clark Studio, Dublin'. 160 x 73 and 140 x 50. Note: these two watercolours were sent to the architect Doug Angus (brother of Rita Angus) of Angus, Flood & Griffiths, Hamilton. Doug Angus was the architect for the Morrinsville Cathedral - a hyperbolic paraboloid shell structure. These watercolours were the proposed samples for the building. Provenance: The vendor worked in the office of the architect and 'rescued these from a skip'.
