Also included in this month's auction:
Cordy's are extremely pleased to have been instructed to sell selected items from the contents of a prestigious home in Paihia. The English family were former owners of the Colonial Ammunitions Company, having traveled extensively on their private yacht, with crew, they settled in Paihia in the early 1960's.

"The contents of our home have been in the family since as far back as we can remember. Some of the artifacts have been chosen by our parents and others handed down by our Grandparents and other relations. Interestingly, in the lovely homes we have been fortunate to live in, in England, Australia and New Zealand, the contents of each home were similar, the family treasures taken to each country by our parents. It is time now to divest ourselves of many of these objects. We would like to think that they will grace new places giving calm and pleasure - they have long given these qualities to our family."
