'Te Papa, Tauranga, NZ' , watercolour, signed and entitled lower right, inscribed 'Christmas 1857' lower left. 245 x 330mm. Kinder produced many sketches, watercolours and photographs of the Te Papa Peninsula area where the Church Missionary Society had a Mission Station run by Archdeacon A.N. Brown whose daughter Kinder later married.
