the front board gold block 'Log of H.M.S. Minotaur, Lord Warden and Ariadne', 1869-1872, the precise log recording co-ordinates, remarks and hand drawn maps and charts, Spain, France, Africa, Malta, Gibraltar, etc. 220 x 55 x 330mm. Condition: Spine separated from front board, front and back board repaired with black tape, some silver fish damage to inside front page but rest of book in very good condition.
