CORDYS IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THEIR NEW IN-HOUSE RESTORATION SERVICE

With a fine arts degree in Restoration, our newest member of staff comes to us with over 20 years professional experience in both New Zealand and Europe. They are skilled in a wide range of techniques and work in a variety of disciplines.

If you would like to enhance, restore or increase the value of a piece to be auctioned, or simply to rejuvenate a personal item; we are happy to provide a quote.

Our services include:

• Antique & contemporary furniture – minor repairs, polishing & cleaning
• Antique Frames – recreation of missing elements, regilding in either gold leaf or gold paint
• Plaster/Stone/Wood & Bronze figures – missing part repair & colour matching
• Artworks – light cleaning & varnishing.

PLEASE NOTE: Major furniture restoration is not undertaken on-site but we are able to access outside experts in the field on your behalf.
