of medium riveted iron rings, partially opened at the front and extending to the ankles, vented at front and back at the bottom, and with half-length sleeves. A (possibly later) padded fabric collar to the neck. L.1130mm approx. Provenance: The estate of Richard Rice. A noted and life-long Gisborne collector. Purchased the Autumn London Arms and Armour Fair 23 Sept 2011.
