embossed decoration including a vacant cartouche, scrolls, florals and a bird perched upon a scrolling bow. Raised on three leafy scroll feet with conforming larger mounts. Stamped Sterling and IN for Nicholson, Cork, 1775-1797. Dia. 125mm. 152gms. Minor old repairs to the rim.
