'Figure of a Labourer', c.1910, cast bronze. H.650mm. The standing labourer modelled rolling a cigarette in a contemplative pose, good dark brown patina, the artist's name cast to the front of the base. Note: Perl is a noted Austrian sculptor and engraver, born in Liezen and studied under Hellmar Zumbusch and Kundmann. Working in Vienna as a sculptor of figures, busts, bas-reliefs and various plaques.
