Calibre 54 bore, 5½" octagonal barrel with very good bore. Overall condition is very good with 60% blue finish on frame and barrel. Very slight staining on top strap. Case hardening on cylinder and side rammer has faded, both now blue/grey colour. Very good nipples with no abuse. Action is strong and timing is good. Excellent checkered one piece walnut grip. Housed in its original very good brown leather flap holster. A very tidy Adams. Provenance: From the collection of John & Lynda Matthews (Ōmata Stockade in Taranaki.
