Cottage doorway with rambling climber, watercolour, signed. 295 x 245mm. CATALOGUE ALTERATION: Inscribed verso: 'Front Porch, known as Patteson Porch as this was added together with the adjoining room, for Bishop Patteson when he was in residence at St.Stephens. The School was built in 1850 by Bishop Selwyn and demolished in 1931. This watercolour is a copy of the original done in 1931 by Hilda Wiseman. 26/7/34'
