in coloured ochres and white, depicting Madayin (sacred story) associated with the Melville Bay area of East Arnhem Land. Probably collected Yirrkala District, c.1960s), Madyin details inscribed verso typescript on paper. 790 x 430mm. Provenance: The Jorgen Lotz Collection. Cf.
