Lot Details
Simbu (Chimbu) Wahgi Valley area, with broad geometric ochre decoration with two red triangular forms connected by the central black inverted triangle in a circular white disc. 1720 x 480mm. Provenance: Jorgen Lotz collection. Purchased from Jonathan Saussehrd, Queensland, Australia. Reputedly 'Collected in situ in the 1980's by Bob Hall, an associate/friend of Jonathan'.
