each earring set with a long cushion cut blue topaz, claw set, three round cut white sapphires in a triangular mount and a large oval facet cut amethyst surrounded by a halo of small round white sapphires suspended from each topaz, posts for pierced ears. The topaz studs can be worn on their own or with the white sapphire and amethyst drops.
