larger size, speckled pale and blue glaze effects with matte black glaze band to the base of the lid and body. Impressed potter's mark. H.180mm. Provenance: From a potter's collection. Note: screw lidded caddies are uncommon. Developed from English potter Michael Cardew’s caddies in Abuja where ants were a problem.
