Note: This has been Cordy's work horse for the last 6 years and hasn't missed a beat. It has been regularly serviced and was working well when we unplugged her. We have purchased/leased a new model. We purchased this copy second hand from Ricoh. It had been used at Auckland University. The toner cartridge in the machine is nearly full + 2 spares
