Lot Details
with the words ‘POSTAGE STAMPS’ all carried out with mosaic as on both the top and sides of both the lid and base. At this time most likely made by Edmund Nye who was active c1818-1863. A good example of the lettering carried out this way. PROVENANCE: Argyll Etkin, London, September 1996. 42x35x18
