Saywell Imports label to base. Alvino Bagni (1919-2000) was an Italian ceramic artist and designer known for his sculptural ceramics and tableware. He was born in the city of Verona and began his career as a ceramic artist in the 1940s, working for several prominent Italian ceramic companies including Bitossi, where he served as artistic director.
