retailed by D. R. Dingwall Ltd. Winnipeg, Canada. Possibly a Longines movement. 46mm plain case, c.1920, marked for the American Watch Case Co., Toronto. with internal 14ct gold dust cover. High grade Swiss movement with ‘wolf’s tooth’ winding wheels, micrometer adjustment, 21 jewels, adjusted, lever escapement. Dingwall used private label movements for their watches, frequently Longines. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, rail track minutes, sunk subs seconds dial at 6, blued steel Breguet hands. 72gm
