51mm case with internal gold dust cover, gilt movement engraved 'The Ascot Patent 20th June 1887', with micrometer and unusual chronograph mechanism. White enamel dial with Roman numerals railtrack seconds and 300 scale, centre seconds and subsidiary constant seconds and recording 0–30-minute recording dials. Engraved front and back covers. 104gm.
