50mm machine engraved case with vacant cartouche, hallmarked London 1870 by William Hammon, case maker, Coventry. Fusée full plate movement with lever escapement, engraved ‘Annie Mair 1871’ – possibly the original owner rather than retailer/maker. White enamel dial, Roman numerals, rail track minutes, subs second dial at VI.
