47mm plain case, hallmarked 1841 by case maker Josiah Barnett. White enamel dial with front winding hole at I, edge hairline between VII to IX. Faint hairline at II. Roman numerals, rail track minutes, gold hands. Signed and numbered dust cover. Fine gilt full plate fusée/chain movement with English cylinder escapement, Pierced and engraved balance cock, diamond end stone; signed 'Pet.r McDonald, London, 287'. 82gm
