freestanding late 19thC Mangle base with 'Registered Design' in relief including eagle motif. Hand wind operation, with later modified top to a destemmer grape crusher wooden hopper top and shoot. 1150 x 1260mm. Provenance: Acquired from a Kumeu winery where it is believed it was converted early/mid 20thC
