5¾'' rifled octagonal barrel. Brass tipped ramrod. Walnut saw handle grip. Brass back strap. Overall length 9¾''. In a later wooden compartmented case. Accessories include a scissor mould, and a measure marked ''40 for black powder only. GC. Provenance: From the collection of John & Lynda Matthews (Ōmata Stockade in Taranaki.
