6" Barrel marked ‘Reilly new oxford street London'' on top flat. British proof and view marks. Barrel bored from solid rectangle block with hexagon figuration top and bottom. Marked ‘Reilly London’ on frame. Engraved dolphin hammer, frame, trigger guard and butt cap. 4½'' belt hook. Metal work with some finish to a dark brown patina. Chequered one piece walnut grip with a faint crack. Action at fault. L.275mm. Provenance: From the collection of John & Lynda Matthews (Ōmata Stockade in Taranaki.
