Lot Details
thick heavy walled with dark toned birds eating berries amongst branches, captured in an under layer with frosted ground. Engraved artists and studio marks. H.260mm. Note: Sven Åke Carlsson began working at Kosta Glassworks in 1972. Four years later, with another master, Jan-Erik Ritzman, he started Transjö Blowing Room, which is a “glass laboratory” where they develop their own glass art, this vase was made in (and marked for) the Transjö Room.
