uneven wood-ash glaze to the walls inside and out, with a thick glassy green wood-ash glaze mixed with bottle glass covering the chatter pattern to the centre. Unglazed base. Dated by Len to the late 1960's. Stamped mark outside the foot. Dia.338mm. Provenance: From a life long Auckland collector and friend of the potter.
