Lot Details
Old vice marks at breech. Walnut stock has uncleaned original patina with storekeeper's mark on butt visible. Usual minor bruising overall. 'N.S.W' marked on trigger guard bow. Action crisp, bore good. Carbine retains ramrod, nipple protector and chain, and period leather sling. (Refer: ‘British Military Longarms 1815-1865’ by D.W. Bailey, page 51).
