Edith Wall NZ (1904-99), Sydney Harbour, Houses and Bridge, watercolour and pencil, signed, 250 x 330mm. Note: Born in Christchurch, her father was a professor and broadcaster. In the early 1940s, Wall moved to Sydney, Australia and attended the Sorbonne in Paris and also studied art in Rome and London. Wall was an early member of The Group, after moving to Sydney she became a prolific cartoonist.

Patrick Joseph Hogan (1805 - 1878), rare set of four 1852 lithographs. Includes: 'No.1, Auckland, New Zealand. (From Hobson Street South)'; 'No.2, Auckland, New Zealand. (From Smale's Point.)'; 'No.3, Auckland, New Zealand. (From Britomart Barrack.)'; 'No.4, Auckland, New Zealand. (From the New Wharf.)'. Each entitled and detailed 'Drawn by J.P. Hogan. 1852. Published by J. Williamson, Stationer &c. Auckland.' Full paper size 565 x 380mm. Housed in later leather trimmed book form box with gilt tooled detail. Note: Hogan worked as "Director" of a drawing class at the Mechanics Institute in Auckland, also as a surveyor and by 1853 was listed in Parnell as an artist.

Anne M.A. Anderson (1874-1952), children's book illustration, untitled phoenix and children, watercolour on paper, signed, 340 x 250mm. Note: Anne Anderson was a prolific Scottish illustrator, primarily known for her Art Nouveau children's book illustrations, although she also painted, etched and designed greeting cards.

Maud Burge (1865-1957), untitled French farmhouse scene, watercolour, signed, 270 x 315mm. Note: Maude Burge was influenced by James Nairn. She spent time as an expatriate artist specifically in Europe. She was a painting companion of Frances Hodgkins who called Maude Burge a "charming changeable woman" in her published letters. They painted together at the Burge family home in St. Tropez and in Ibiza.

Para Matchitt (1933-2021), untitled Māori abstract themes, linocut block, c.1960s, 405 x 750mm. Note: This is the original linocut block from which the prints were taken. 'Para and I trained together in 1957 as Art & Craft Advisers for the Education Dept. We later worked as Itinerant specialists in the Waikato area, and it was in Hamilton during this time that Para carved this lino block, which he exchanged with me for some of my pottery.' Para Matchitt (1933-2021), Untitled, (Bull), oil on board, signed and dated 1964, 370 x 500mm. Note: 'During the time Para and I lived and worked in Hamilton, he had a fascination with Spanish bullfighting and those like Picasso who depicted it. He often used to do sketches of matadors and toreadors in action. In fact, I believe he did some wall painting for a local coffee shop on this subject. A rare 18ct gold Rolex 'Prince Imperial' open face dress pocket watch, 47mm diameter slim case, silvered face with two dials, the main 20mm dial with baguette diamonds indicating hours, above a subsidiary seconds dial, marked 'Contrôlée Officiellement'; 17 jewel manual wind 'Observatory' movement, runs/stops.
